Position : Project Lead, Android | Experience : 5-7 years
Technical Skills :
- Android SDK(v2.1) and above, tools and API knowledge.
- Hands on experience with development of at least 2-3 apps on Android platform.
- Excellent Programming, logical and analytical skills.
- Agile in doing quick mock-up screens, Proof of Concepts to integrate with web services etc.
- Good understanding of Android design guidelines.
Skills & Experience :
- With overall 5+ Yrs of experience with mobile apps or general software project development.
- Good knowledge of Programming and Unit Testing Quality Standards and Procedures for the project and client.
- Good knowledge of system environment relevant to project and client.
- Very good Programming and Testing skills.
- Good Team Leadership skills.
- Knowledge of ISO/ CMMi Quality Management System.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Perform the following actions, and supervise Jr Programmers and Trainee performing these actions.
- Assist in prepare and maintain project plans to the defined standard.
- Produce software based on given Technical Specifications.
- Prepare Technical Design documents. Review all Design documents.
- Develop new, or update existing Unit Test Specifications for software being developed, based on given Details Technical Designs.
- Conduct unit testing for software developed based on Unit Test Plans.
- Perform Integration testing and produce Integration test documentation as above for these software fixes.
- Review work and documentation produced by Programmers and Trainee Programmers.
- Liaise with Design Team and QA team.
- Assist Trainee /Programmers with technical support where appropriate.
- Maintain RTM.
- Perform Requirements review and System Test Case Review.
- Interface with customer.
- Placing all the Configurable items in the Configuration Management Tool.
